Preconception Health Fact Sheets

Preparing for pregnancy? These evidence-based fact sheets for consumers and health professionals provide a short summary of the current national and international Preconception Health Guidelines, to ensure optimal preparation during preconception. These fact sheets have been compiled collaboratively by the PCHN Working and CCI groups.

Click on the bullet points below for each fact sheet:
